The Technomig 260 Dual Synergic is a welding machine (MIG-MAG / FLUX / BRAZING / MMA / TIG-Lift) of 250A.
It is easy to use thanks to One Touch technology.
With its versatility, Technomig 260 Dual Synergic allows operation on different thicknesses and various welded and braze-welded materials, making it the ideal tool for many fields of application, from maintenance to heavy steelwork and bodywork.

It is possible to manually adjust the arc length to modify the shape of the weld bead according to the operator's style and preferences

One Touch
Setting up the Technomig 260 Dual Synergic is simple and immediate: just program the material thickness and start welding. The 25 synergic curves provided for different gases and materials allow quality welds on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanized sheet metal without wasting time on machine adjustments.

Multi-process Synergic Inverter welding machine with an adjustment range of 10 to 240 A enabling the following welding processes:

This tri-technology unit allows you, with a single machine, to weld in MMA, semi-automatic (MIG-MAG) and TIG modes.

MMA (electrode) and TIG welding solutions are available as options.

As standard, this semi-automatic unit features 17 programmed settings. The user simply needs to select the type of metal and the wire diameter. It is also possible to weld in manual mode by directly adjusting the settings parameters.

This welding unit uses wire on a spool. This welding process allows welding of thin materials (0.6 mm).

Very practical on thin sheets (automotive bodywork, chassis...), it avoids the weld bead restart that occurs when changing an electrode.

With the addition of a shielding gas, this unit enables welding on aluminium, stainless steel and steels in MIG-MAG and MMA mode, and steel, stainless steel and ferrous alloys in TIG mode.

Using a suitable wire of the CU Si3 type, it enables welding of HSS, EHS, UHS steels (automotive bodywork)

MIG welding with gas shielding requires the use of pure Argon gas for aluminium welding or an Argon + CO² mixture for steels and stainless steels.

Special case: For steel, it is possible to weld without gas when using flux-cored wire (which allows, for example, easier outdoor use). In this case, the thickness of the steel sheets must not be less than 1 mm to avoid the risk of burn-through.

This unit uses Ø 200 mm and 300 mm wire spools (flux-cored wire in 2 kg and other wires in 5 and 15 kg). An adapter for Ø 100 mm spools is available as an option. 

Upon delivery, this unit includes:
1 Mig 180 A torch (3 metres)
1 earth clamp + 1.9 m cable.
1 roller for steel/stainless steel wire Ø 0.6 and 0.8 mm.
1 steel/stainless steel contact tip Ø 0.8 mm
1 gas hose for refillable cylinder

It is possible to add a TIG torch 4 m in length in order to weld in TIG mode using pure Argon shielding gas.

This Lincoln Speedtec 200C Inverter Synergic technology unit allows you to weld using 3 processes: MMA, MIG-MAG and TIG

It allows welding with rutile and basic electrodes (stainless steel – cast iron, etc.) of Ø 1.6 to 4 mm (electrode holder not included)

It is also possible to add a TIG welding torch as an option. In TIG mode, this unit cannot weld aluminium.

It operates on a standard 16 A – 230 V household outlet.

Its adjustment range is 20 to 200 A in MIG-MAG mode and 20 to 160 A in MMA or TIG mode
Easy polarity reversal to use flux-cored wire (gasless) of Ø 0.9 and 1.2 mm.

It features the following devices:

PFC (power factor corrector) It can be used with a 100 m extension cord without any loss of power.
The power supply can be provided from a generator.

HOT START adjustable, reduces the risk of sticking when the electrode and workpiece are cold, also facilitates arc striking and penetration.
