You have purchased a SOL Enermix OX2 gas cylinder on our website.

Upon delivery, you received your cylinder in a double packaging allowing you to return it to us once empty.
This box is labelled "return carton".
It is mandatory, in order to comply with regulations on the transport of hazardous materials, to use this box .

By ordering the Enermix OX 2 gas refill, you will receive an email from us containing the Chronopost label to affix to the box .
You will then need to drop off this box containing the cylinder at a post office or Chronopost relay point.

In order to prevent any malicious act, we must receive the returned cylinder before any new shipment.
It is therefore important not to delay dropping off your cylinder at a relay point or post office of your choice once the Chronopost return label has been issued.

You will receive your full gas cylinder at your home or at the address of your choice within 4 to 7 working days.
