OXYFLAM 1000 oxy-acetylene welding unit – 1 m³ cylinders – Air Liquide

The OXYFLAM 1000 welding unit from Air Liquide is a complete set designed for professionals and tradespeople carrying out welding, brazing or heating work. Its compact and ergonomic design makes it easy to transport and use, both in the workshop and on site, while providing the power needed to achieve precise and high-performance welds.

Equipped with the Jetsoud SI torch with integrated safety system, this equipment provides optimal flame control while ensuring safe operation. The SmartCompact regulators allow precise adjustment of gas pressure and flow rate, guaranteeing reliable, high-quality work.

Composition of the OXYFLAM unit

The kit includes:

1 Jetsoud SI welding torch with integrated safety system and star wrench fitted with 6 tips
2 hoses of 5 m (Ø 6.3 × 12 mm) for oxygen and acetylene
1 SmartCompact regulator for oxygen
1 SmartCompact regulator for acetylene
Assembly assembled and inspected in our workshops
1 pair of VisualFlame DIN 5 welding protective goggles
1 CUP storm gas lighter with square cup
1 Air Liquide B5 oxygen cylinder of 1 m³
1 Air Liquide B5 acetylene cylinder of 0.8 m³
1 cylinder transport cart

The gas cylinders are delivered full but without a refill contract. To refill them, simply bring them to an Air Liquide depot or reseller.

Welding capabilities of the OXYFLAM unit

Welding of metals with a thickness of 0.3 to 6 mm
Heating work: straightening, shaping and bending of parts
Brazing of various materials: steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc.
Autonomy of approximately 8 hours of welding or brazing with a 100 l/h tip (B5 type cylinders)

Refilling of Air Liquide cylinders

Air Liquide cylinders are supplied full and with no contract commitment for refilling. Once empty, they can be refilled at an Air Liquide distributor or depot.
