PENTRIX 100 is a red penetrant liquid in aerosol form, formulated to reveal cracks, crazes or porosity caused by welding on ferrous materials and other metals.
Thanks to its intense colour and composition, PENTRIX can penetrate the most complex areas and reveal cracks and crazes caused by welding.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use.
1. Degrease and clean the surface to be treated with METACLEAN aerosol degreaser;
2. Spray PENTRIX 100 on the parts to be inspected;
3. Wait 10 to 70 minutes for the product to fully penetrate.
4. Clean the treated surfaces with water or solvent. Do not spray solvent aerosol directly onto treated surfaces as this could remove all of the red liquid.

The DETECT FUITES is a water-based product containing an antifreeze additive, anti-corrosion additives and surfactants that give it very high efficiency in immediately locating gas leaks on all circuits. It can be used with all types of gas (compressed air, hydrocarbons, CO2, nitrogen… except pressurised oxygen)
The DETECT FUITES works by forming air bubbles around the gas leak. The DETECT FUITES is frost-resistant and can be used down to -20°C.
The DETECT FUITES is over 80% biodegradable.
Safe to use on pneumatic circuits, fittings, valves, taps, safety valves or cylinders.

PENETRANT:
Red dye used to highlight small defects that may cause leaks.

DEVELOPER:
White powder product. It is used in conjunction with the PENETRANT and highlights small defects that may cause leaks.
Its white powder draws out by capillary action the red penetrant embedded in the crack from a thickness of 30 microns.
Easy to apply, non-destructive testing.

CLEANER:
Surface cleaner to be used before and after dye penetrant testing.
Penetrates into the smallest cracks and removes excess PENETRANT.
